Alerts and priority · Egelund PTT

EPTT keeps product, hardware and deployment decisions connected instead of treating them as separate purchases.

OPERATIONAL CONTRACT

An alert is useful only when responsibility follows it.

Priority, acknowledgement and ownership should sit in the same operational flow as communication.

01 · FUNCTION

Function

Highlights configured events so operators can distinguish them from ordinary communication.

02 · REQUIREMENT

Requirement

Requires a defined event source, priority model and response workflow.

03 · BOUNDARY

Boundary

The public site does not claim certified life-safety, alarm-center or public emergency-call integration.

TriggerConfigured event

Source and criteria must be known and tested in the concrete solution.

PriorityOperational classification

Priority should reflect the organization’s workflow, not just UI color.

AcknowledgementOperator action

Acknowledgement reflects handling in the EPTT flow; it does not alone prove a physical response.

OwnershipResponsible role

The organization should define who owns an event after escalation.

Any future use in certified safety/emergency workflows requires separate validation, documentation and agreement.
